My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Hank and I am just the sweetest boy ever. Somebody must have been very mean to me (how could they do that to a guy as gentle as me) because I get unsure when I meet new people and I act like they might want to hit me. I never do anything wrong, I just hide in the corner when I get scared. I am really trying hard to learn that people are okay. I have started to play and even give the people here a high five and come to get some lovin' now that I have been here for a little while. I am great with other dogs (though bigger dogs so scare me a little bit so I have to get used to them). I really hope I can find a new family who will love me and where I can forget about people who are not so nice to gentle boys like me. I may be a bit timid when you meet me but I would still love to try to get to know you. I know having a real, loving home is going to be better than anything I could ever have imagined.
