This adorable little girl is only about 8 weeks old, a little over 7 pounds and comes from a litter of 11 puppies. Her mother is a beautiful chocolate lab that is very sweet. Melina is the smallest of her litter by several pounds, but she has a cute, spunky little personality and tries hard to keep up with her siblings. She has a beautiful, dark chocolate coat with white on her chest. Her fur is longer than her siblings and very soft. She makes the cutest little grunting noises when she is excited or wants something. Melina absolutely loves attention and is quite a cuddle-bug, especially when she is tired. She loves belly rubs and giving sweet puppy kisses. She will happily hold on tight while she is carried around. She is good about using the puppy pads and is learning to go potty outside. She rides well in the car and will lie down in the back playing with her toy. She loves playing with her siblings and the three big dogs in her foster home (two big labs and a beagle mix). Since Melina is such a young puppy, she is looking for a loving home with someone who is home a good part of the day to give her all the love and attention she needs and to make sure she is well socialized.
