My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Champ was born in a high kill shelter in east Tennessee in Feb, 2013. He was adopted by a couple and after they divorced was returned to the kill shelter. He is currently in foster care in east TN and is waiting patiently for a FOREVER home.

He is a beautiful brindle boy and is now 9 mo. old. He weighs aprx. 30 pounds and will probably be aprx. 45-50 pounds when mature. Champ loves to play with other dogs and is an active boy. He would do best in a home with older children and an active family, or an individual who could complement his energy level. He has some anxiety when crated so would do best left supervised in a home or outside in a secure yard.

Champ is neutered, UTD on shots. His foster mom says he is catching on quickly to housebreaking.

If you can give this boy the home he deserves and longs for, please contact deaddogswalkingtn@me.com. An application can be found on our main website deaddogswalkingtn.com under "dog adoption". He will be transported to New England upon adoption via Alpha Dog Transport. They charge $125 for their services which is paid when you claim you dog. All vet records are also handed off at that time.
