Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tara is a 2.5-3 yr old Pyrenees that was found by animal control after reportedly she just laid down on the highway unable to go any further. She already had the amputated leg, was very emaciated and dehydrated. Tara is now the picture of health; she has been treated for both tick borne disease and heart worm disease and is fully recovered. She is of perfect weight, healthy, keeps up with the other dogs with no problem, and is a happy and loving girl! Tara is also spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. She is ready to find her fur-ever home!
Tara is good with other dogs, fine with cats, house trained, likes her crate for when she wants to nap or rest although doesn't require it as she is trustworthy with the run of the house. Tara would do best in a home with older kids as it wouldn't be good for her to have young kids holding onto her etc because of her balance with missing a front leg.
