Minnie's Story...
Minnie is a very sweet girl rescued from a hoarding situation in Arkansas. When Minnie came to us she was a sick little girl and it was thought her hair loss was from mange. We now suspect it was malnutrition. Minnie stayed in her foster home until she was well and then she was adopted.

Unfortunately, she got away from her new home and found herself on her own for about 3 months trying to survive. She is back with us again and recovering nicely from that ordeal. She is now ready to meet a FOREVER home where she won't be let down by humans again!

Minnie is shy upon meeting people and in new situations. Patience and love will be required for her to truly get comfortable in her new home. Once she is comfortable she will show you unconditional love. Minnie is good with other dogs and cats. She would love to have another dog to play with in her new home.

All adoptable pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. For more information about adoption please contact Camp Companion at 951-7801, or find us on Facebook!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minnie, a Rochester Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeders who help with Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
