Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This a Layla, almost a year old sweet female lab mix. She has lived her life in a kennel so everything is new to her. She is very sweet, non-aggressive over food or other dogs, great with cats. She has some separation anxiety so needs someone who will not leave her alone several hours a day. Layla loves to play and run, wants to learn and please. She loves going for rides with her foster mom. She's working on polite leash walking.
She's not ready for adoption yet...we will be updating vaccinations and spaying her soon. She will also be microchipped before adoption.
(An adoption donation of $250 is required.) If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out the CHEW Adoption Application you can find on our website: chewdogrescue.org/Forms.html If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks.
