Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB Oct 2, 2012. Our Fantasia is a very special little girl who is in need of a very special someone willing to open their heart and their home to her. Approximately one year of age, she is without a doubt, a little beauty with her sea green eyes, a gorgeous, tri coloured, medium length tortoiseshell coat, long fluffy tail, and little tuffs of fur between her toes! She loves Temptations treats, enjoys playing with a wide variety of toys, and is happiest when lounging in one of her favourite spots.
Fantasia came to the attention of TCR when a colony caretaker witnessed her being tossed from a car, pregnant, and terribly afraid. Having been brought inside to safety, she was able to deliver her kittens, all the while being loving and attentive to all her little ones, who we’re delighted to report, have all found their forever homes - and now it’s Fantasia’s turn. Understandably, given the abuse and neglect that she’s suffered previously, she is terribly shy and uncertain at present, preferring to survey the situation and keep her distance rather than join in, but we’re certain that with time and a loving place to call her own, she will blossom into a loving and loyal friend.
Her forever home would ideally be a quiet, adult only home with someone who has previous experience with kitties, has a great deal of patience and the ability to gain our little darling’s trust, slowly and respectfully and where she would be showered with lots and lots of love to help her realize that it’s okay to trust again. This deserving sweet girl does enjoy the company of other cats, so a home with another feline friend may be ideal (provided they were laid back), to help her as she settles in.
