MacDOUGALL's Story...
Now don't be sad when you read my bio, because this foster home is awesome.
My family did not want me anymore. They didn’t say why, but they left me with a family member who left me in her back yard. The lady posted me on Craigslist and my foster mom rushed to me. It was raining and cold and I had no shelter. I am a little thin now, so my foster mom feds me more food. I went to the vet and got my shots and dewormed. They say I am 1 year old and in great health. My foster mom calls me Mac. She said I am the best little guy. There is a Beagle living here too that is shy. When I got here she became happy and we play all day. I am 75% house trained and 100% crate trained. I don't bark either. Mom loves just snuggling me. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Why Adoption is a Great Option

MacDOUGALL, a Salem Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Salem, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
