Tiki's Story...
Tiki is a gorgeous Siamese who we rescued from the shelter after she was surrendered by her family due to landlord issues. At some point in her life, Tiki had part of her leg amputated, but gets around just fine on her 3.5 legs. She is pretty speedy when she wants to be! She loves affection and is always excited to receive wet food. She does seem to be scared of other cats--when she sees one, she runs and hides. She also needs to lose some weight, so someone who is willing to put her on a diet and make sure she gets some exercise would be ideal for her. She had a rough start to life, but we would love to see this girl in a loving home for the next 15 years!

To meet Tiki, please call Carla at 213-840-4958 or email tailsofthecitycats@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiki, a Los Angeles Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
