Here's what the humans have to say about me:
10/15/13 Update from Ginger's Foster Mom: "She is really a great girl. She listens very well & knows a bunch of commands. Her biggest problem (if you want to call it that) is she is the sloppiest drinker I've ever seen." (she could use a doggie place-mat under her water bowl). "She is such a love & very interested in family life - she wants to be a part of everything. She acts more like a 3 yr old - very quick & will jump to catch toys with no sign of hip or knee issues." obviously it has taken Ginger (on the left) no time at all to snuggle up to her canine foster brother, Baley (on the right) and win the hearts of her Foster Family. Thanks Dawn and family for taking this fabulous gal into your home! Ginger is also wonderful with her 3 year old human foster brother!

10/5/13- Ginger Upon entering Fassa's Friends 10/5/13 Ginger is scared, and in need of a loving forever home. You see, she lived her entire life with a man who recently became ill and has been in and out of the hospital. Due to his medical issues, he is no longer able to care for Ginger, who is now about 8 years old. The man was able to find a home for a younger male boxer that Ginger lived with. But sadly, Ginger being a few years older, and having some gray on her face, was left behind with no home.
She is a great girl who deserves a great home. She is housebroken, crate trained, quiet, and has shown that she has spunk and a desire to play now that she is in a foster home. Wont you please consider helping this sweet dog find a forever home. If you are not a match for her, please spread the word far and wide and lets find Ginger a place to call her own ASAP. Look at this picture of Ginger with a ball.....a home with a lot of toys and love is perfect for this little lady!
If you feel you can provide Ginger with the home she deserves, please complete an application found under the Adoption Tab at the top of this page. If you are a pre-approved home, simply email us at fassasfriends@gmail.com and we'll gladly arrange a meet and greet.
