Have you ever wanted a cat who plays fetch?! One day Felicity found a crochet bouncy ball under the couch and she fell in love with it. So much so that when you throw it for her she gets all excited, chases after it and then brings it back to you to throw it again!

Felicity is one of the most beautiful cats we've ever had the pleasure of fostering. She is a gorgeous Siamese cross with the most amazing ice-blue eyes, a cute peach-coloured nose, and stunning cream and grey fur. But good looks aside she really is an amazing kitty. She loves to be picked up and carried around and is totally cool with strangers as well. Felicity often sits up on my desk next to me while I work or curls up on the couch beside us while we watch TV in the evenings. She also gets really excited when you get home which is so sweet.

I'm not sure how she is around other kitties, so I can't say if she would like a playmate, but I'm sure she would be happy to be adopted with one of her kittens: Judy, Angela, Carol, Clint, Corin. She'd be OK with older kids but not younger ones.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Felicity, a Vancouver Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
