My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM (1/14/08)
We discovered that Donner suffers from epilepsy. The disease is now managed with daily medication and he lives a normal life in his foster home. He will need to take is medicines on a regular basis and a blood test every 6 months. The cost of his medications is less than $6 per month. He may or may not grow out of it, only time will tell. Donner is looking for an awesome family willing to take an awesome dog with special needs.

UPDATE FROM THE FOSTER MOM (12/29/07): Donner is fabulous; his picture doesn't do him justice he is beautiful and has the softest fur. He is now living with (and loving) other dogs (3), a cat, kids and adults. He is really progressing on his house training with the use of a crate and a scheduled potty breaks (no accidents to date). We are working on crate training. He doesn't really want to go into his crate, he would rather be in one of his lab buddies crate or even better not crated
so he can play with everyone (can you blame him??).

Donner is very laidback and quiet. He adjusts well and has even enjoyed a party full of Kindergarteners. He can show you some 'gymnastic' moves when he gets excited.

Donner- He is the largest male of the litter. He weighs about 13lbs and is about 11 weeks old. He is a little shy..you see, he and his brothers and sisters haven't been around a lot of children or people. With a lot of love and care, Donner will be a great addition to some lucky family.
