Red's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Red's Story...
Red is a sweet dog with a good disposition. He is approximately 4 years old, weighs 75 lbs., and is a redbone/bloodhound mix. He was found at an abandoned house and was clearly in need of nourishment and love. Red has been treated successfully for heartworms, is cured, and ready for his new home! He has responded well to training. Recommendation for adoption would be with a family without small children and no cats. He doesn't bark unless there is a stranger at the door and makes a wonderful watchdog. He also like to ride in trucks, play fetch, and have his tummy scratched. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Red, a Washington Redbone Coonhound/Bloodhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redbone Coonhound/Bloodhound for sale in Washington, or seeking a Redbone Coonhound/Bloodhound dog from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redbone Coonhound/Bloodhound breeders who help with Redbone Coonhound/Bloodhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
