My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mini is a "mini-Boston" for sure. She came into rescue weighing 12.5 lb. and probably won't go past 14 lb. even with some good groceries! Our vet judged her age to be 6-8 years.
Mini is a very sweet girl and gets along with everyone: dogs, casts, kids, grownups. One wonders how a sweet little girl like this ended up in a shelter. She seems to be potty-trained and is crate-trained. She loves to sleep in the bed with her foster parents and has the cutest habit of trying to wedge herself inside the pillow case.
Mini is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccines, microchipped, but tested positive for heartworms. The vet says her heart and lungs sound fine and we have started her on the slow-kill treatment for heartworms which just involves giving pills. To find out more about this treatment, call Susie at 803-279-8069.In our experience, dogs typically convert to negative in 12-15 months.
To find out more about Mini, call her foster dad, Eric, at 803-466-8491. To adopt Mini, go to bostonrescueofsc.com and fill out the adoption application. Mini's adoption fee is $300.
