My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

1/4/14 - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED!

Adoption Fee: $600

Fostered in Louisiana

Age: 10 months

Weight: 6.5 lbs.

11/1/13 - Thinking of adding to your family? Miss hearing the pitter patter of little feet? Are you having empty nest syndrome? Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Finn and can be the baby that you are wanting or missing. Adopting me will not cause weight gain. You won’t have weird craving and I can satisfy your need for a little more activity around the house.

Finn was brought to a vet’s office by his previous owners who wanted to surrender him because they said they worked too much to have him. Finn was so excited when the vet’s office called Yorkie Haven. He had heard about them on the street and knew that they would find him a stellar permanent home.

All of his vetting has been taken care of and he is ready to join a new family that does have time for him. Finn seems to do fine around children that aren’t too active. He will definitely need another dog in the home that wants to play since Finn loves to run and chase other pups and play with them. He would not do well as an only dog and is scared of large dogs.

He’s fine with a bath, walks great on a leash and loves sleeping in the bed with his foster mom and dad. He is still in puppy stage, so expect some chewing and potty accidents.

Even though Finn is a player, he is a huge sweetheart. He loves to be held and lays his head on your shoulder to nap. He can and will let you treat him as a baby, but is ready to play with his fursiblings whenever they ask.

Please don’t apply if your life is too active, but expect to just keep your current dog happy. Finn needs human companionship too and will not go through what he did with his first owners.

10/26/13 - BIO COMING SOON!
