My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shy female, 3 years old, no apartments/townhomes, no small children, $350 adoption fee

Inca, which means “blazing fire”, is puppy mill survivor who needs extra time to acclimate to new people and places. She is looking for a loving, patient family that will allow her to come out of her shell at her own pace. She is more comfortable with women than men and would prefer a home without small children. Once she gets to know her people she is a sweet dog that loves to hang out on the couch, get petted and even give kisses!

Inca is good with cats and other dogs and needs at least one other, well-socialized dog in the home to help her get comfortable. It took her a while, but Inca now loves to play with stuffed animals and pounce on things that are on the floor. Inca will probably never walk comfortably on a leash, but as long as she has a yard to race around in with another dog she will be a very happy. Inca is potty-trained and crate-trained; she is very quiet in crate unless your alarm clock goes off and then she will let you know it is time to get up, so turn it off if you want to sleep in!

Inca’s adoption fee is $350.00 which includes her spay, dental, microchip, deworming, vaccinations and a 6 week professional training course.
