Penny's Story...
Found by one of our board members, hiding under a car. She had duct-tape on her nose and she had some kind of strap wrapped around her body. She was very scared and who knows what she had been through. She ran right to her rescuer with only alittle coaxing. This is Penny: a very sweet, but shy little girl that is about 4-5 months old. She is very curious and loves people, surprisingly. We watched her run around the yard for the first time yesterday with this happy look on her face, and a smile to match, as though she knew she was safe and would be cared now. She is a great girl with a funny personality just waiting for a loving home, so call us if you are interested in meeting Penny.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penny, a Fair Oaks Ranch Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Fair Oaks Ranch, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Fair Oaks Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fair Oaks Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fair Oaks Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fair Oaks Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
