My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is HAZELNUT, HAZEL for short though my foster dad calls me HOHO.
When I am far away and he calls me HOHOOOO I come running. I am a beautiful
(so people tell me) red nose pit bull rescued from Camarillo shelter by All
For Love Animal Rescue. I am 3 years old and I weigh around 70 lbs. I'm
told people want to know that.
My foster dad says I am a very calm centered and happy girl. I know I am a
bit of a couch potato. When the other dogs are all running around I just
like to hang out and watch them being silly.
I live with my foster dad and a bunch of foster brothers and sisters on a
ranch and we go for a pack run every morning. I like to take a short cut
and meet up with the pack half way back. I'm a smart girl cause I know the
short cut to get out of running the whole way! The rest of the time I like
to lie out in the sun or snuggle with my foster dad.
I am a quiet dog and my happy self comes out when I get to know you a bit
cause I'm a little shy. I like to stay low key. You get to see much more of
the world that way. When I see the people I like I wag my tail so hard my
butt wiggles and it makes my friends laugh!
I like children because they pat me gently and though I am shy I like
meeting new people too. Though it is fun at the ranch I would like my own
family to love me and give me pats. I am a very good and gentle and sweet
girl. I know you would love me if you met me!
Hazel is spayed, micro chipped and UTD with shots.
She is fostered in Ventura County. If you would like to adopt her give All
For Love Animal Rescue a call or email.
