IZZABELLE's Story...
My name is Izzabelle. I am a two year old female Shih Tzu/Lhasa mix. My soft fluffy fur is golden and white and I weigh about 14 lbs with my two snaggleteeth that give me character. I was neglected and in the shelter when I was saved. I was very happy to get out of the shelter and into a foster home so that I can be on my way to finding a home of my own. I am very friendly and calm and I like the two dogs in my foster home. I like going outside, but I am definitely an inside dog and will require regular brushing and grooming due to my breed. I sleep through the night and have not had any accidents since I have come to my foster home, I also love my doggy bed. I like to follow my family around and be in the same room with them. I am microchipped and spayed and will be up to date on all my vaccinations before being adopted. Am I the adorable companion that you are looking for???

HSR Adoption Fee: $240
Vetting: Up to date on shots, Rabies, HW Tested, Current on Preventatives, Dewormed, Spayed and Microchipped too!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

IZZABELLE, a Fort Worth Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
