Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dolf is a stunning 18 month old Weimaraner blend.
He is a big fellow with a gorgeous silver/ gray/ tan coat. I am not sure what he is mixed with and some people tell me he looks like a pure Weimaraner, but I think he might have some sort of hound dog in him, as well.
He is long-legged, elegant, and beautiful.
Weimaraners are known to be very intelligent and easy to train.
Dolf is an athletic boy who would enjoy running beside your bike, jogging with you, hiking with you, swimming, retrieving, and agility.
Weimaraners are also considered to be great with kids, which is certainly true of Dolf! He is a big, goofy fellow who lopes around the yard as if his body is too big for him!
Dolf picks and chooses his dog buddies –he is generally good with other dogs, but sometimes decides he doesn’t like one he meets. It seems like it just takes him a bit of time to get used to other dogs, and he is doing great with all my other fosters, big and small.
Dolf isn’t a barker or a digger or a jumper – he is actually quite well behaved and is house trained, too.
Of course, Dolf is neutered and up to date on all of his shots – he is a happy, healthy, young fellow who is athletic and would make a great running or hiking buddy.
