Lexi's Story...
My name is Lexie. I was born in the beginning of August of 2013. I was found as a stray and was taken to a shelter. Feral Cat Rescue volunteers came in to take some kittens into their adoption program and I was one of the lucky ones. I live now in a house with a dog and couple of other kittens. I enjoy the company of my furry friends as well as the two-legged friends :) I am a very sweet girl and like to snuggle. I like to play of course :) Feral Cat Rescue will provide all my vetting. This will include all 3 distemper vaccines and a microchip as well as deworming, combo test, spaying and rabies vaccine. My adoption fee is $125.

If you would like to adopt me, please Click Here to fill out our application. You can email it back to diane@feralcatrescuemd.org or info@feralcatrescuemd.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexi, a Great Mills Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Great Mills, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Great Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Great Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Great Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Great Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
