My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome guy who looks like he is all dressed up in a tuxedo ready to go out for the evening is named AXEL. Axel is an adult male, American Bulldog/Labrador retriever mix. He has the Bulldog looking face, but has the sleek body, taller legs and longer tail of a Lab. He has the very friendly, goofy temperament of a Lab as well. Axel is approx 12 - 24 months old, he is neutered, up to date on vaccines, testing heart worm negative, and on all monthly preventatives. He is the friendliest of guys and will actually just want to curl up and try to sit in your lap. He is good with other dogs and is especially a lady's man because he loves the females. He is playful like a puppy, but past that annoying chewing puppy stage. He also is at his adult size and weight at 50 lbs. The American Bulldog is loyal, reliable, brave and determined. Not a hostile dog. Alert and self-confident, this breed genuinely loves children. Axel would be a wonderful dog for an individual who wants a running partner or a companion for a trip to the dog park. He is just a sweetheart of a dog.
