Dallas's Story...
Dallas is a 5 year old Yorkie who was surrendered to a kill shelter when his owners didn't want to take care of him anymore. He had HORRIBLE dental disease and we had to pull almost all of his teeth. But now he feels much better and is ready for a forever home! Dallas is crate trained, good with dogs and cats, and great with people. He is 100% a lap dog and loves to be carried around.
He is neutered, had a dental, UTD on shots, HW neg and comes with insurance and a free exam. His adoption fee is $250

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dallas, a Lewis Center Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Lewis Center, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Lewis Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lewis Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lewis Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lewis Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
