Surrey's Story...
Found wandering the streets, this shaggy 4 year old Terrier mix is in need of a place to call home. It did not take long to discover that this sweet little has only one eye. It is unknown if he lost his eye or if this was the way he came into this world. Surrey's disability does not slow him down in any way. Because of his sense of adventure Surrey will need a home with a fenced in yard and no small children. He enjoys the company of people and would love to have a family of his own. Putting his past behind him this shaggy guy has his eye on the future, stop in to see if you might be a part of it!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Surrey, a Muskegon Brussels Griffon/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Brussels Griffon/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Muskegon, or seeking a Brussels Griffon/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Muskegon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muskegon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muskegon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Brussels Griffon/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Brussels Griffon/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muskegon paves the way for another one to be saved.
