Chi Chi's Story...
Chi Chi A17795304
I'm ChiChi (A17795304), a young medium-sized shepherd mix female who's eager to settle into a new home! I was adopted and then returned to the shelter when my owners couldn't afford to keep me. The good news is that I am already spayed so I can go home with you right away! And look at my face - don't I have the coolest ears around? I'm friendly and energetic and I'm looking for a patient owner (no young children - I'm a little too enthusiastic for them) who will go over some basics with me and make me their "forever" dog. I'm totally friendly and loving but like all adolescents, I can use some direction and guidance. In return, I'll be your BFF for a lifetime.

Act quickly to adopt Chi Chi. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chi Chi, a Philadelphia Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Philadelphia, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Philadelphia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Philadelphia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Philadelphia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Philadelphia paves the way for another one to be saved.
