Lacy's Story...
Tiny little Lacy was almost out of time at a high kill shelter when our rescue team came to her aid! Just 10 months old and weighing 4 lbs- this little girl is just as sweet as can be. She loves to be cuddled and gives kisses all the time. She is a little shy and because of her size she cannot be in a home with small children. This is the perfect pocket-pup, she is great with both dogs and cats and is going to make some person very lucky to adopt her!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lacy, a Encino Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Encino, or seeking a Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
