My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Riley, purebred young male german shepherd. Contact CathySikes45@yahoo.com

Name: Riley
Age: 16 months
Color: Black/Tan
Gender: Neutered Male
Weight: approx. 75-80 lbs
Riley is crate trained and house trained. He loves to swim and chase his ball. He needs to be with a very active owner. Riley had been chained up during the first 11 months of his life with his previous owner. We have had him 6mos and have to owner surrender him due to personal issues in the family. Riley is a puppy and has not been well socialized or obedience trained. With a strong handler giving Riley firm direction, love, interaction, attention, and a stable home environment, Riley will rise to becoming secure, lovable, and loyal. Because of the bad rap he has gotten since he was born, he will need a patient owner who is committed to loving him, socializing him, and teaching him the art of obedience. He is very smart and will do well with the right person. He is neutered and up to date on all his shots. Because he is still a puppy, his energy level is very high. For now, he should go to a home with no children and a very strong owner who is knowledgeable of the German Shepherd Breed. Riley deserves to be in a home who is committed to him and will bring him in as an integral family member.
