Chase's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Chase's Story...
Sweet Chase has a quiet, dignified air about him. He is never pushy but does seek attention from humans. With some time and familiarity, Chase could become a real lap dog. Chase walks well on a lead and would be a great companion for daily walks in the park. Chase gets along with other like-sized dogs and has been paired with a canine kennel-mate at the shelter. While not the most athletic or active player, Chase participates in our daily small dog playgroup and clearly enjoys socializing with the rest of the group. If you are looking for a calm, well-adjusted little dog, look no further, Chase is your guy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chase, a Berkeley Parson Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Parson Russell Terrier for sale in Berkeley, or seeking a Parson Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Berkeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Parson Russell Terrier breeders who help with Parson Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
