PATTY's Story...
PATTY is an awesome dog! She is smart, friendly and calm. She is healthy and housebroken and likes everyone she meets. She is about 6 yrs old and weighs about 22 lbs. She loves going for walks and would be perfect for a walking companion. She would fit in great with an active family, or with anyone that would keep her active.

PATTY is currently being fostered in MARTIN county. To learn more about adopting her, go to www3.coastalpoodlerescue.org/poodles/poodledetail.cfm?dogID=1722

APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM FULL/PART-TIME RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA AS A HOME VISIT IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA, PLEASE LOOK FOR RESCUE GROUPS IN YOUR HOME STATE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.

Can't adopt right now? Consider becoming a foster home for a rescue dog; it's temporary, but very fulfilling and your only cost is their food! Fill out a volunteer application from our website at www.coastalpoodlerescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PATTY, a Melbourne Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Melbourne, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Melbourne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Melbourne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Melbourne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Melbourne paves the way for another one to be saved.
