My story

Have you ever seen a more beautiful shepherd? Captain feels that he is the most handsome of them all! Captain is a little over 2 years old and would love a great home of his own. He came to us from our Newark facility when he was given up because his owner could no longer care for him. Captain is truly an all around great guy. He is outgoing, friendly, well behaved and smart too. Captain was taught some manners in his young life because he is very gentle, walks great on a leash, and will sit very nicely when asked. He lets you handle him from head to tail with no complaints and just loves people. Captain really enjoys going in our giant exercise yard. He will toss around some toys and even chase a ball or two, but he always comes back to check in with you and get some attention. Captain doesn't seem to mind other dogs and he loves people of all ages. This sweet boy is so deserving of the best home ever. Please make his dreams come true! File#22959 10/9/13
