My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ping along with his brother Pong were rescued just in the knick of time from an overfull shelter by a wonderful Lucky Lab Rescue volunteer. The brothers are 10 month old Lab mixes and are very happy boys! Ping's tail wags most of the day. He loves to play for hours outside with the other foster dogs. He is learning house manners. Ping is doing well when he comes inside and knows to settle. He is very loving with his foster mom and loves to be petted! He can be a little mouthy, but his foster mom is reminding him to be a gentleman. Ping does well in his crate. He would be considered a high energy boy, making a great running partner or walking buddy, although he is still learning how to walk nicely on a leash. It would be best for Ping to live with older children as he can be rowdy. Ping can be too pushy with the kitties in his foster home. He isn't trying to hurt them, he just wants to play. Ping weighed 55lbs at his last vet visit. He has rather large feet, so will probably grow to be an x-large dog. Ping has been neutered, is current on vaccinations including rabies and will be micro-chipped. He has also been on flea/tick and heartworm preventative and is heartworm negative.
