Taz's Story...
Taz is an awesome, medium energy, family dog! He loves his people and is happiest when he's with them. He's great with other dogs and dog-savvy cats and loves the four kids in his foster family. He loves outings and walks well on-leash; he doesn't even mind the rain, and walks right into the water at the beach. He's also great at chilling out at home and loves cuddling. He learns quickly, and wants to please. If you want a dog who will just about wriggle out of his own skin with happiness when you get home, Taz is your man! Taz weighs 15 pounds, is neutered and microchipped, fully house-broken and waiting for his forever family to love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taz, a Victoria Rat Terrier/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Pug for sale in Victoria, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Pug dog from a breeder in Victoria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Victoria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Victoria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Pug breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Victoria paves the way for another one to be saved.
