I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Bandit is 4 years old and was with his previous family since puppyhood. With the addition of newborns, they decided that he was not a good match for their current situation.
Bandit was taken to a high kill shelter and then pulled by his previous owner and is being fostered by another family member(tom and rose, who have 2 other dogs) And now that he is safe, they would like to find the perfect landing place for the rest of his life.
His trangression was that he nipped at the heals of a kid. truthfully, he is a bit insecure and when someone leaves the house, he nips at their heels, so they won't leave. He has definitely been spoiled and never given any direction...no one has told him that this is not polite or corrected him. this is an EASY situation to correct and our behaviorist will help his new family sort this out quickly.
He is very smart, loving, walks on a leash, crate trained and perfect in the house, Since he is not a high energy fellla and would do wonderful with an older person, as he does not require lots of exercise.
Bandit gets along with all dogs and people, although we think he would be very happy to be an only dog. Bandit is about 24lbs.
