Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Her name is Alice AKA Crispy given by a little boy who loves her. Unfortunately, this sweet girl had been caught in a bad house fire and ended up under animal control. A kindhearted woman intervened and took her in to help nurse her back to health and save her. She is completely healed externally with some visible scaring from that horrible day. Although, she has visible scars on the outside, she has no special needs challenge and doesn’t require any medicines or creams. Her toenails do grow funny because of the burns to her feet, but it doesn’t affect her walking. When this sweet girl was just burnt it didn’t change her demeanor; she allowed the petting of her scars all the time and she was completely ok with being touched. She does require and long for someone’s love and affection to help with her internal wounds and healing.
She is a sweet lab mix that needs a forever home. Her foster family loves her, but knows it’s time to let go. She is completely up to date on shots, HW negative and spayed. She is crate trained and housebroken. She sits before eating and for treats. She loves people, all people...men, women and kids. She absolutely loves to play fetch. She is super affectionate and grateful. Please consider Alice who is so deserving of a second chance at life and love! To adopt Alice http://www.southernskiesrescue.org/adoption-application/
