Adeline's Story...
Adoption Pending. ADELINE is an adorable female pup who is possibly a shepherd mix. She has the sweetest face and spotted ears. She weighs 32 pounds and now 6 months old. She has been vetted and is current on vaccinations and spayed. Her foster says she is laid back for a pup. She is playful, crates well, and seems she will be easily trained. She has been in a foster home with a cat, and while curious, has not chased or been aggressive toward the cat. If you live in another state, don't let that stand in your way. We will work to transport Adeline if it means she will have a good forever home. If you are another rescue group, we will waive the adoption fee but you can make a donation toward vetting at your discretion. The adoption fee will help to cover the cost of the veterinary care she has received.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Adeline, a Union City Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Union City, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Union City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union City paves the way for another one to be saved.
