Bessie is a female black Labrador Retriever mix approximately 2 years old. She has a jet black shiny coat with a splash of white on her chest and little white tips on her paws. Bessie is on the small side, weighing in at 35 pounds full grown. She is a nice manageable size, easy to walk and loves any and all attention. She is social, friendly and affectionate especially towards the people she knows best. She loves to play with other dogs and welcomes company and new friends. She would love to have another doggie companion in the family that she can romp around with. Bessie would make a great choice for a family with children since she is fun with toys, plays fetch, and likes other silly games. Bessie is housebroken, smart, and easily trainable. She is eager to please her owners and will do anything for a tasty treat. Bessie definitely wants to be included in daily family life and thrives on attention and activity. She can easily keep up with a busy or athletic family, she rides beautifully in the car, and is great out in public. Trips to the dog beach, the park, camping, this young girl can do it all. Bessie is super healthy and has a wonderful disposition. She would make an outstanding family dog, pet and companion. Bessie was brought in to a very high kill shelter and was a volunteer favorite. She is ready for her new forever home today!
Bessie’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Bessie is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Cecilia and is ready for her forever home.
