Darwin's Story...
Born February 2008. Approx. 27 lbs. I've been told that I look a little like Sylvester Stallone in the movie Rocky, but I'm actually much cooler than that. I'm a pretty mellow dude with a great big smile. I know how to sit and I love to go for walks when I am on a harness (not a collar) - just get one out and I will do a happy dance! Come on out and meet me. I have one of those faces that you will fall in love with! www.BayAreaPetAdoptions.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darwin, a San Leon Pug/Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Boston Terrier for sale in San Leon, or seeking a Pug/Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in San Leon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Leon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Leon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Boston Terrier breeders who help with Pug/Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Leon paves the way for another one to be saved.
