I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Born June 2011. Helena slowly accepts and trusts new people provided they interact with her at her own pace. When she is relaxed, she will approach you for head rubs, gentle petting and even (brief) lap time. At home she will thrive with daily play time and having her own space, such as a cat tower or quiet room, to unwind in. She will share her space with fellow cats or dogs given they allow her room to breathe. She is highly treat motivated; as such, it will be easy to reward positive interactions and behaviors. Helena has a lot of potential to be a great companion cat for adults given the opportunity! www.BayAreaPetAdoptions.org
We are a non-profit pet rescue, No-Kill shelter and adoption organization that relies on your donations to house feed and medically care for the dogs and cats taken in our adoption program. We are not operated or funded by any national animal group and must rely on contributions from people like you to keep our shelter open. All financial contributions and in-kind donations are tax deductible. Our shelter does not euthanize for space.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Visit our adoptable dogs and cats at our shelter, open 11-5 everyday but Wednesday (we are closed on Wednesdays).
You can also see some of our adoptable cats at the PetSmart in League City every day and dogs on Saturday and Sunday.
Our Adoption Process...
We have an application and our adoption fees are based on species and age.
