My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A diamond in the ruff is what I say about Crosby. He is a 3 year old male Rottweiler weighing in at ONLY 104 lbs. He is a gentle giant. This boy was found on the side of a rural road that was not heavily traveled. His big red collar was on the ground. He stayed in that spot for over 12 hours, as if he was waiting on someone that had left him there and told him to “stay”. A lady who saw him the day before in that same spot, drove back by and discovered him STILL there! She opened the car door and he jumped right in ready to go! She contacted all the local vets and even the radio station in the town that offers free ads for missing pets. No one came forward. Now CCR has him in our care and we are happy to have this well tempered and handsome boy. Crosby is a huge bundle of love and has true Rottweiler behaviors. He leans on you when you pat him and he keeps his eyes on you at all times. When you get up, he goes with you. He doesn’t have any dog aggression and walks right into his kennel like a good boy. We don't get the feeling he was only a yard dog, because he is very good in the house. This boy will lay by your side and never try to get on the couch, which is good, there’s no room. He will need some leash training as he is very strong and strong willed. He is not a barker and will sit when asked. He has a powerful nose so when he smells something that's all his mind can think about. We found that out while taking pictures...we waited until his curious nose stopped sniffing. Don’t miss out on this spectacular Rottweiler boy. He truly will be one of a kind in your lifetime. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
