Tanner (located in SC)'s Story...
Saved from the Memphis TN shelter just in the nick of time!!...what a new lease on life!! Meet one of our newest boys, Tanner who is everything you could ever dream of in a Carolina Dog!! He is currently being fostered in Myrtle Beach, SC with another rescued Carolina Dog type and a black Labrador. They've all become fast friends and his foster Mom has given him straight A's in every single subject...that's how good this boy is. He's house broken, fully vetted and neutered, no food aggression, loves to take walks - and man does he love to play. He weighs 43lbs and stands about 22 inches at the shoulder and he's only 11 months old....beautiful almond shaped eyes, fish hook tail, soft plush coat, and a personality that can't be matched.

We think he'd be a great addition to any family so send your application into savingcarolinadogs@yahoo.com today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tanner (located in SC), a Cranston Carolina Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Carolina Dog for sale in Cranston, or seeking a Carolina Dog dog from a breeder in Cranston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Carolina Dog breeders who help with Carolina Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranston paves the way for another one to be saved.
