Prince's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Prince's Story...
Prince is a very good natured Beagle mix. He is taller than most Beagles and has curly hair.

Chasing a tennis ball and running in the dog park is one of his favorite things to do. Prince gets along great with other friendly dogs and adores people of all ages. This fellow would be a great agility candidate. Sitting on top of his favorite bench in the doggy yard is a favorite pastime. Prince just finished a basic obedience class and knows several commands as do most of our kennel dogs.

He enjoys riding in a car.

Prince shares his doggy suite with several other doggy friends. He always keeps his kennel area clean and we guess he is house trained.

All of our dogs are adopted as family pets and not as outside dogs. We prefer to adopt with children over the age of 5 years who are able to help take care of Prince.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prince, a Big Canoe Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Big Canoe, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Big Canoe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Big Canoe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Big Canoe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Big Canoe paves the way for another one to be saved.
