Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Those awful Fat Cat people have made some very drastic changes to my love life. Then they put me in quarantine to recover from surgery in a very personal part of my anatomy. I want to get out of here and stretch my legs. I guess there is some benefit to what I've been put through though. Now I don't have to fight with all the other in-tact stray males hoping to get some time with one of the lady kitties. My 'catting around' days are over and it really is a bit of a relief. Now I can have the ladies as just friends. That will be different!"
Henry has those chipmonk cheeks that the in-tact males often get when they are fighting to mate. It just enhances his already striking appearance. He's really a gentle giant and he totally loves being petted. He's had a tough life so far and now we want to make sure he lives in the lap of luxury.
Henry's a Siamese/Snowshow mix. The white paws along with the dark "points" are the sign of a Snowshoe. If you're interested in meeting Henry please fill out our on-line application on our web site (www.FatCatRescueInc.org) and we will arrange a day/time that's convenient for you. Or if you have questions please call 847-306-3688 and one of our volunteers will return your call.
Fat Cat's adoption fees are: $125 for kittens under 6 months; kittens over 6 months and cats are $100; for cats over 7 the fee is negotiable. (Because Snowshoes are so beautiful and uncommon, Henrys fee is $125).Second adoptions are half price. The fees include spay/neuter, rabies, distemper, medications for ear mites, fleas, and worms, testing for feline leukemia and FIV, and microchip.
