If you are looking for a playful, loving and energetic kitten then look no further. Oscar is your guy. He has a wonderful loving personality and is a ball full of fun too! If he isn’t playing with his brother or his foster siblings then he is cuddling with one of his foster parents. Oscar loves to chase dog tails, cat toys and even any small object he can get his cute little paws on. He has even caught a few bugs as well.
