Penny is a very loving dog. She has been staying in a kennel so we are not sure if she is housetrained. She does know how to walk on a leash well. She LOVES to play with other dogs or snuggle with her person. She gets along great with everyone. Please consider adopting this sweet girl - black dogs are so slow to adopt but she is a great dog! She knows basic commands on loves everyone!

During business hours, a receptionist will be able to speak with you regarding our adoptable pets. After business hours, the only way to contact CARE is via email. Our adoption fees include the spay/neuter surgery and all pets are up to date on vaccines when adopted. Our puppies and kittens are also eligibile for 25% off the rest of the vaccines in their puppy/kitten vaccination series. Most adult pets are spayed/neutered prior to adoption; puppies and kittens may have the surgery before adoption or we may have new owners return later for the surgery.
