His foster mom is in love with this dog....he is so sweet and loves attention.


Since he was picked up as a stray, we can only guess about the hard life this dog had to endure.....he was matted, filthy, and missing half of his tail. It is unbelievable that his past treatment has not destroyed this boy's hope for love and a better life.
