My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cisco was rescued from a CA shelter in November of 2013. He is estimated to be about 2 years old and weighs about 65lbs. Here is what his foster mom has to say about him!

Cisco is a stunning dog who adjusts well to new people and situations. He loves car rides, and adjusts well to crating, indicating he may have been crate trained in the past. He is also housebroken. He is a young Nordic Breed though, and so will still need training as he can be a little rambunctious. For this reason, we would not recommend him for a household with younger children, simply because he may accidentally knock them down. Like most dogs of his breed, he does have a prey drive, so he will need to go to a house without cats or other small, fuzzy animals.

He loves to cuddle and go on walks, and is very playful. He currently lives with other male dogs, but can be a little dominant when settling in. Therefore a home with a softer male or a female dog would be ideal. He still pulls quite a bit on walks, so may need a training collar to save your shoulder.
