Nutmeg's Story...
Nutmeg is a 16 week old, female Min Pin/Jack Russell terrier mix with beautiful brindle coloring. She is doing great at potty training, only having the occasional puppy accident. She is good with other dogs and cats. She is also great with small kids and loves giving them kisses, but forgets sometimes that they are smaller and jumps up to kiss them. She should be supervised around very small children just to prevent any kiss related accidents!

Nutmeg is such a cutie and LOVES to play with other dogs and people until its time to relax, then she will cuddle up and be a couch potato with the best of them!

Come meet this beautiful young lady and give her the forever home she's been dreaming of!

Nutmeg is spayed, microchipped, & up to date on her shots & vaccines. Please complete an online application at www.rescueAhart.org if you'd like to meet her. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nutmeg, a Cincinnati Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
