My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocky is a gorgeous 18 month old German Shepherd. Rocky is blind in his left eye due an untreated injury. It doesn't slow him down or hinder him in the least! Rocky is a smaller guy at 55 lbs but he hasn't filled out yet. He is a wonderful, smart boy and has all the best characteristics of the breed: cheerful, obedient, eager to learn, clever, and very loyal to his people. Rocky will make an excellent family pet as he is gentle and good with other dogs (of all sizes) and cats. He knows sit, down, off, and settle. Rocky will still pull on the leash a bit when he is excited but with consistent training he will calm down. He rides well in the car and has great manners. Rocky doesn't like to be crated and hates to be away from his family. If he is contained with a bone and toys while you are away, he is fine. This boy needs a job and something to keep him busy. If you are a sedentary person, please do not apply as Rocky needs activity and a task to keep him challenged. Are you the person / family for this wonderful boy?
