Toby's Story...
Toby is one of five puppies. We aren't positive what this boy is mixed with as his mother is a Great Pyrenees but his daddy is unknown. We have a hunch these puppies are mixed with Great Dane but cannot confirm it. Toby is just like his siblings and is a sweet bundle of puppy love. These little pups and their mother came to us when the mother was found running loose in Southern Ohio. She was very emaciated trying to care for her 5 puppies. Now mama (a Great Pyrenees) is on good food, dewormed, and getting healthy and adopted into a wonderful home. She was a great mama dog and her puppies are nice and chubby. These puppies are ready for adoption. If you think you can give Toby a forever home, please apply online at www.codrl.org. Toby's adoption fee is $250.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a Hilliard Great Pyrenees/Great Dane puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Great Dane for sale in Hilliard, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Great Dane puppy from a breeder in Hilliard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hilliard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hilliard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Great Dane breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hilliard paves the way for another one to be saved.
