Hi, I’m Mika! Like lots of the dogs I lived with at the puppy mill, I am often scared, but I am slowly coming out of my shell. In fact, once I get to know you, my favorite place to spend the evening is curled up on your lap! I would really like to find a slower-paced, quiet home where my family has short working hours so we can get to know each other better. I am fine with cats and other dogs, but I don’t really play with them. I’m very smart: I’m potty trained, crate trained and even graduated Shy Dog class. I like walks out in the country or quiet suburbs, but find busy neighborhoods a little scary. A house with a fenced-in yard would also be great!
